It's a safe, standalone alley, a very quiet and peaceful home. It's a semi-basement, not a basement, down two steps. It has large windows for good ventilation, and it's charming when it rains. It's equipped with most necessities for short-term use, so you might only need to bring personal items.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. A cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged for indoor smoking.
