It's a place where you can stay healthy with the cool breeze from the mountain behind and the Taehwa River upstream promenade in front.
It's a 5-minute walk to a 24-hour supermarket and delivery restaurants. There are many restaurants along the river, and city bus stops on both sides of Guyeong Samgeori. Since it's next to the highway IC, you can reach all cities around Ulsan within 30 minutes.
Move-in is contactless and will be confirmed after the contract is signed. We will send you all the necessary information. The kitchen, room, and veranda are separate in this studio apartment. When using hot water, please only press the hot water button and set the timer to zero. The ideal indoor temperature is 25 degrees Celsius. When disposing of food waste, please use the food waste bin under the jujube tree. Never put eggshells, bones, root vegetables, or oranges in the orange bin. Smoking and pork belly parties are not allowed indoors.

Electricity, water, internet, and gas are included. If you use them excessively, additional management fees may be requested. (Please set the room temperature to 23-25 degrees Celsius.) My house is set up for 1-2 people. Please separate recyclables by item next to the flower bed. Please note that if they are not properly sorted, a penalty will be applied. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
