It is located 1 minute from Ori Station in Bundang. It is about 10 minutes to Pangyo by subway, and it is convenient to commute by various bus routes. Also, if you take village bus number 19 from the bus stop about 2 minutes away from exit 7, you can arrive at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital in about 15 minutes. There is also a Seoul National University Bundang commuter bus stop, so it is the best location for short-term stays such as employees, hospital trainees, guardians, and patients.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a user guide. For your convenience during your short-term stay, reusable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foam cleanser, toothpaste, towels, and a hairdryer are provided. Blankets can be rented for a fee. Cup noodles and rice are provided, and basic cooking utensils and dishes are available. Parking is free for 3 hours during check-in and check-out.
Hanaro Mart, Homeplus, and Daiso are all within walking distance, making daily life very convenient.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
