Convenient living is ensured by the presence of various facilities and government offices, including a farmers' market, Lotte Mart, Homeplus, and Electronics Land, as well as the Labor Office, Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service, National Health Insurance Service, and the tax office.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.

The toilet flush was inconvenient because it didn't go down all the way on the first try and I had to flush it twice.
