Please relax and make many good memories in a unique, simple, and peaceful country house in Dumulmeori Village, a representative tourist destination in Korea. It is a clean studio apartment with a modern interior, located a 3-minute walk from the Dumulmeori walking trail and Semiwon Baedari Bridge, and a 10-minute walk from the center of Yangsu-ri, where various infrastructures such as supermarkets and hospitals are located. It is also a place where you can see pottery fragments from about 1500 years ago.
It is a 25-minute walk from Yangsu Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. If you take the G9311 Gyeonggi Metropolitan Bus from Jamsil and get off at Yangsu Police Station, it is a 10-minute walk away, so it is easily accessible by public transportation. There is also a free public parking lot right next to the accommodation, so parking is very convenient.
Check-in is contactless. We will do our best to accommodate your check-in and check-out times. If you wish to extend your contract, please contact us via chat. Disposable items (toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, shampoo, etc.) are not provided. No smoking indoors, no parties, no pets, and no noise (to avoid complaints). Registration of change of address is not permitted. There is a CCTV camera near the entrance. The host's house and the annex building are in the same yard, so you may encounter other people.
In addition to Dumulmeori, there are Namyangju Water Garden, Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's birthplace, and Ungilsan Sujongsa Temple nearby. If you walk for 2-3 minutes from the parking lot through the vegetable garden path, you can quickly reach the promenade, Semiwon Pedestrian Bridge, and Dumulmeori. In the morning, water mist sometimes rises, making photography even more beautiful. Take a stroll around Dumulmeori. Also, within a 4-5 minute walk, there is a 119 fire station and a local food market. Above the market, there is a wonderful cafe with a beautiful view of the river, so you can enjoy the beautiful nature safely and comfortably. If you enter between the metal house and the square light green house at the end of the photos, you will find a white front door on the right. The password will be sent via message, and the Wi-Fi password is written above the room switch. There are restaurants and cafes just a short walk from the accommodation, whether towards Dumulmeori or the traditional market. Bedding is always prepared with freshly laundered items.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
