This is a spacious, open-plan family room with a white-toned interior and an ocean view. It is a first-floor family group room with one bedroom, one Ondol room, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room, suitable for 4 to 10 people. It offers an ocean view of the Geoga Bridge and is conveniently located within walking distance of Maemiseong Fortress and various cafes.
Maemi Castle is a 10-minute walk away, and there is a cafe street nearby. If you come from the Busan direction, it is close to the entrance of Geoje.
We will notify you by text message once the contract is confirmed. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are allowed upon discussion. Please note that additional charges apply during the peak season from late July to early August. Please be sure to inquire and discuss with us. (Including holidays, year-end, etc.) The standard occupancy is 4 people, and additional charges may apply for extra guests. The outdoor swimming pool, karaoke, and barbecue in the yard are available for an additional fee.
There are convenience stores at the village entrance, inside the village, and near Maemi Castle. There is a Hanaro Mart in Jangmok-myeon, which is a 10-minute drive away.
Only the LPG gas fee is billed separately with a separate meter. All other electricity and water are included.
This is my first time in Geoje, and I had a great time. :) The kids played in the pool until they were tired of it. The sea is also close, so I felt like I was living in a fishing village. The owner, an elderly woman, also gave us some of the agricultural products she grew, which we enjoyed.
