Once the contract is finalized, we will send you a message with move-in instructions. 🍭 Free access to the gym, meeting room, and golf practice area. 🍭 Ample parking space is available free of charge. 🍭 Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. (Additional fees for professional cleaning services will be charged for violations.) Official resident registration (moving-in report) is not available. 🍭 Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM; times can be adjusted depending on the situation. 🍭 We can also flexibly adjust dates based on reservation availability.
You can watch Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services. 🍹Welcome drinks and water are provided. 💖A large Costco store is located on the basement levels (B1 & B2) of the building, making it very convenient to use. A CU convenience store is within walking distance. You can also walk to the PPO Outlet right next door, which features a food court, café, laundromat, CGV cinema, and sauna. Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus is within walking distance.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. (Please note that additional charges may be requested upon check-out if electricity usage is excessive.)
