It offered good value for money, and the landlord was kind. However, there was some noise from the unit above (heavy footsteps), and it was a bit of a downside that I had to bring my own bedding.
Thank you for leaving a review! ๐ Regarding the noise from the floor above, the previous tenant in that unit had a child, but they moved out yesterday, so I don't expect you to experience that issue moving forward. As for bedding, due to the short-term rental policies of SamSamM2, providing bedding could classify the rental as an accommodation business, which causes regulatory issues; unfortunately, this means we are unable to provide it. ใ ใ Thank you for your valuable feedback; we will certainly take your comments into account for our future operations. ๐
