- A market is nearby, so you can buy ingredients and cook your own meals. - It is convenient to buy fresh sashimi and enjoy it at home (saving on restaurant service charges and alcohol costs). - A sports field is close by, allowing for activities like morning walks, soccer, and basketball. - Doksan Park (20 minutes away) and Doksan Park Street (10 minutes away) are nearby, offering pleasant walking paths with fresh air. - Jungang Hospital is just 2 minutes away. - There are many delicious restaurants in the area. - In the "Youth Street" area, many restaurants stay open until 3 AM. - There are plenty of places open late at night or in the early morning hours (convenience stores, restaurants, bars, pool halls, karaoke rooms, etc.). - Local 5-day markets are held in Gohyeon-dong (on dates ending in 5 and 0) and Geoje-myeon (on dates ending in 4 and 9). - Standard trash bags are provided. - Please dispose of recyclables (bottles, cans, plastic, paper) at the designated recycling area near the building entrance. - There are no specific food waste bags; please collect food waste in a black plastic bag or container and dispose of it in the food waste bin located next to the recycling area.
- There are no management or cleaning fees. - Other places typically charge over 100,000 KRW for management and cleaning. - Electricity, gas, and water usage will be checked on a weekly basis. - Excessive use of electricity, gas, or water may result in an additional charge upon checkout (though 99% of previous guests did not incur such charges). - The rate is based on two guests; an additional fee of 10,000 KRW applies for each extra person.
