(Save on table setting and soju costs) - The sports field is nearby, so you can go for a morning walk, play soccer, or basketball. - Doksan Park (20 minutes away) and Doksan Park Street (10 minutes away) are close by, so you can enjoy a walk while breathing in the fresh air. - Joongang Hospital is 2 minutes away. - There are many delicious restaurants nearby. - The "Street of Youth" area has many restaurants open until 3 AM. - There are many places available for use in the early morning and late evening (convenience stores, restaurants, pubs, billiards halls, karaoke rooms, etc.). - There are five-day markets in Gohyeon-dong (5th, 10th) and Geoje-myeon (4th, 9th). - Trash bags are provided as a basic amenity. - Recyclable waste (bottles, cans, plastic, paper) can be disposed of at the recycling separation area near the officetel entrance. - Food waste bags are not provided.
