The white decor gave the place a clean, fresh feel. It was the hottest part of summer, so having air conditioning in the room made for a cool and comfortable stay. One downside was the lack of a good spot to hang laundry; there was a drying rack, but it was flimsy and kept tipping over, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, the toilet flush wasn't very powerful, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, though I didn't like the occasional smell of cigarette smoke drifting in through the window. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Regarding the toilet, it usually flushes well if you hold the button down for about three seconds, so I hadn't paid much attention to it; however, since you experienced inconvenience, I will call for a service check.
