- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. - Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. - Bringing pets, even for a short visit, is prohibited. Please note that if pets are found without permission, you will be asked to leave immediately. - Cooking is allowed, but cooking seafood or meat that produces strong odors is not permitted.
- Dongdaegu Station, Complex Transfer Center, and Shinsegae Department Store are nearby and within walking distance. - Please be careful when using the property, as you will be responsible for any damages or stains on the walls or floors. - The property is cleaned and ready for immediate use upon move-in. - As this is a residential area, please be mindful of noise after 9 PM. - The rooftop is dangerous due to narrow stairs and low railings, so please do not go up. - One CCTV camera is installed for security at the main gate.
