Hello! 🙂 The utility fees for our accommodation cover electricity, water, gas, and internet; TV and OTT streaming services are also available. A washing machine and dryer are provided as well. Please use the heating and cooling systems reasonably and make sure to turn off all electrical appliances and heating devices when you go out. Everything was truly wonderful! The hosts were incredibly kind and always welcomed us warmly. The accommodation was spotless and pleasant, making our stay extremely comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for relaxing, and the location was excellent as we could easily travel anywhere in Seoul by bus. Additionally, the hosts were always available and responded promptly whenever we needed anything, for which we were very grateful. We loved absolutely everything about our stay and would definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit Seoul. I highly recommend this place to everyone! 🙏🏿
The house is nice, but there are too many requests for additional costs (additional costs for more than 2 people, bedding usage fees, additional costs when using another bed...). Check-in is at 3 PM, but there was no prior notice. When I asked after 3 PM, they said they would inform me of the procedure/password after confirming what time I would arrive, so it's essential to confirm the check-in procedure!
The accommodation was clean and tidy. The host was very kind, and the location of the accommodation was convenient and nice! Thank you~
