2 minutes walk from Exit 1 of Nakseongdae Station. "A clean and easily accessible studio apartment with plenty of sunlight in the semi-basement." Fully furnished! The host lives on the 3rd floor, so we can respond immediately. This is a house we built ourselves. - Wifi - Main entrance CCTV - Check-out 11 AM, Check-in 3 PM - No pets, no smoking - Maximum 2 people Trash bags and bottled water provided.
- 2-minute walk from Naksandae Station Exit 1 - 1-minute walk to the bus stop - 10 minutes to Gangnam Station, 25 minutes to Hongdae Station - 20 minutes to Express Bus Terminal - 10-minute walk to the airport bus - 15-minute walk to Sadang Subway Station - Excellent and convenient living environment with various amenities nearby.
- Shampoo, body shampoo, and toothpaste are provided as part of the rental facility. - You must prepare your own laundry detergent and fabric softener. - Please return dishes and items to their original places before checking out. - Please put trash and food waste in bags before disposal. - Toilet paper (1 roll provided for basic stays / 2 rolls for weekly stays) - Queen-size bed How to watch TV: Press the power button on the remote once, then press the "External Input button" (button 3).

There is a direct bus route.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.

The owners—a lovely couple—are incredibly kind. I honestly wanted to keep living there. The place was spotless, and after checking out various short-term rentals in the area, this one was by far the best. The neighborhood has great amenities, and the landlords are truly trustworthy, so I’m leaving Nakseongdae with nothing but fond memories. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend it! As someone just starting out in the workforce, I was genuinely touched by the experience. It’s a great location and spot for students, young professionals, and office workers alike, and the facilities are excellent. Wishing the owners all the best—may you work less and earn more!
