    This was my first time needing a short-term rental, and I found the best host and home. I had so many concerns, such as the cleanliness of a house that many people visit, the surrounding environment, safety, noise, and transportation convenience. (I assume everyone feels the same way I do.) This home perfectly satisfied all of these concerns, and I was so incredibly satisfied that I'm leaving a review, which I've never done before, to help others who urgently need a short-term rental like I did. I'm leaving this review after living here for a month. 1. The Host: Before deciding on a place to live, I contacted several hosts whose responses were perfunctory and only increased my anxiety. However, the host of [Nonhyeon Hyuk Semi-Detached Studio] provided perfect answers to all my questions. >> I felt they were genuinely sincere, and the moment I entered the house, I knew my judgment was correct. (People around me said that you get a feel for a house by talking to the host -> it's accurate.) 2. The House: It's simply clean! I prefer places so clean that I don't even need to use dish soap for washing dishes, and there was absolutely no reason to frown. Even though there must have been other residents in the building, I never encountered anyone or heard any noise for over 30 days. 3. Transportation: Turn right from the building and you'll find a subway station and bus stop (3-minute walk), and turn left and go down for other bus routes. Transportation gets a perfect score. 4. Surrounding Environment: Located in a residential area, it's number one for safety and quietness. The movement of residents ensures safety and quietness. I often went to Yeongdong Market, which is a 5-minute walk away, to look around and buy groceries, and I was very satisfied. 5. Other. I even saved the host's contact information and promised to contact them again if I need it in the future or if any of my acquaintances need a short-term rental. It was the first time in my life I had to live like this for a month. I had many worries and concerns. But those were unfounded fears!! I'm grateful to the kind host and to 33M2 for introducing me to such a satisfying home.
