This space is optimized for business trips, exam preparation, and temporary residence. = This is a short-term rental, not a lodging business. = No cleaning or bedding (blanket, pillow) replacement service after move-in. = You must bring your own disposable items, bedding, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, etc. = Due to the nature of multi-family housing, noise and smoking are prohibited (a separate cleaning fee will be charged for smoking).
= Located 3 minutes from City Hall Station.
= Check-in is contactless. = Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with the password and check-in instructions on the day of your arrival. = Additional charges will apply for any damage or contamination of the property.
If parking is not available in the tower parking lot due to its narrowness, you must use a nearby parking lot. Bedding and towels are not provided as they may cause skin problems depending on individual preferences, even if kept clean. Please bring your own. It is convenient to live here as there is a Daiso nearby, a 3-minute walk away, and other supermarkets, hospitals, restaurants, and cafes in the vicinity.
