It's a pretty room, but I couldn't take proper pictures. It's comfortable to live in and the surroundings are quiet. It's located on Rodeo Street in Sillim Station, and is close to Boramae Hospital, Boramae Park, and Lotte Department Store.

Gas and electricity bills are separate, while water and internet are free. When you move out at the end of your stay, you can settle the gas and electricity bills. The cleaning fee for moving out is 100,000 won. Pets are not allowed, and an additional 30,000 won will be charged for each additional person. If you excessively damage the walls or facilities, you will be required to restore them to their original condition. As this is not a lodging facility, bedding, dishes, etc. are not provided.
I had a wonderful stay here for just over a month. The location is excellent, and the owner is very kind.
