This home is a renovated traditional house that preserves its original exterior while featuring a hotel-style interior. The indoor space includes a cozy bedroom, a combined living room and kitchen, a bathroom, a separate restroom, and a laundry room, with subtle traces of the traditional home preserved throughout. There are spacious yards at both the front and back of the house, and goldfish swim together in the well located in the backyard. Additionally, a beautifully designed barbecue area capable of accommodating six people is available in the front yard for your convenience.
You can use the public parking lot located just 100 meters from the property. Jumunjin’s pristine beach is within a 5-minute walk, and you can also easily walk to Jumunjin Lighthouse, Sodol Beach, the fish market, and the traditional market. Gangneung is a 15-minute drive away, and Yangyang Surf Beach is a 20-minute drive away.
Check-in is contactless. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and cooking foods that produce strong odors—such as meat and fish—is not permitted inside. Please feel free to use the outdoor barbecue area. Heating costs are settled based on actual usage after your stay to prevent waste. Please be considerate of your neighbors after 10:00 PM. For further details, please refer to the in-room guest guide.
The standard occupancy is two people, but up to four people can be accommodated. An additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person per week applies.
Charges not included in the management fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out.
