This is the room where guests always ask about the mattress and pillows. It has been prepared with care, just like my own home. ※ Reservations are only possible through 33M2. Please do not ask, "Can I make a contract by bank transfer without using the app?" ※ Maximum 2 people can use the studio apartment 1. You may be charged for damages or contamination of property. 2. All smoking, including e-cigarettes and liquid tobacco, is prohibited within the building. 3. Further discounts are not possible. Discounts for long-term contracts have already been applied. 4. If you wish to contract for more than 2 months, you can do so by signing a contract through a real estate agency. 5. Consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. Bedding and towels are provided as a service. 6. The deposit is held by 33M2, not by me. It is usually returned the day after check-out. 7. For long-term contracts, the house will be inspected once a month. (This is to ensure the house is maintained and not damaged.) 8. It has been prepared with care and cleanliness, just like my own home. The owner directly manages it.
Common area maintenance fees, electricity, water, and internet are included in the maintenance fee, but gas is not. We will check the meter reading and settle the bill upon check-out or once every two weeks.
