    Hello. As previously communicated on several occasions, the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM; any departure after this time is treated as an extension option subject to prior arrangement. This reservation was also based on the standard 11:00 AM check-out time. As we were unable to reach you the day before departure, we simply requested that you check out by 11:00 AM so that we could coordinate the cleaning schedule. While we respect your dissatisfaction regarding your stay, we are clarifying the facts to prevent any misunderstanding among other guests. Thank you.
