This is the first rental after replacing the towel rack and sink faucet. It has been cleaned thoroughly. The air conditioner, air conditioner filter, and window frames have all been cleaned. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it a great place to live. It's only a 1-minute walk from Myeongji University Station, so the transportation is excellent!!! Students from Myeongji University and Yongin University have a shuttle bus stop near the building. Also, if you have any inconveniences, I live nearby, so I can resolve them right away.^^
1 minute from Yongin Light Rail Myongji University Station There are many express buses to Seoul at the bus stop, which is a 5-minute walk away~ Jongno, Seoul Station, Gwanghwamun, Gangnam Station, and Sinnonhyeon Station are all accessible!!! For students of Yongin University and Myongji University, the shuttle bus stop is near the building. Also, if you have a car, there is a parking lot behind the building where you can park for free. Please note this. ^^
No indoor smoking or pets allowed. ^^ Parking is self-service, with space for 4 cars. If the building's parking lot is full, there are many nearby options. There is ample parking in the park near the old Severance Hospital. The building entrance is on a main road, so it's not scary even at night. This is why many women choose this studio apartment. You can view the apartment before signing the contract.
There are many people exercising in front of Gyeongancheon, so it's a good place for a walk. When you open the window, you won't feel stuffy because it's not another building. You can see the wide view of Gyeongancheon.^^ It's really beautiful in spring, summer, autumn, and winter!!! The building is on the main street, so many women live here, and security and safety are guaranteed with CCTV. That's why rooms are rented out faster than expected~ Only 1 room left~ Contact me quickly^^
The management fee is included in the rent. All utility fees, including air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, hallway cleaning, recycling bin maintenance, and internet usage, are included in the rent.

It was very cozy and clean, and the heating and cooling systems worked well, making for a comfortable stay. It’s close to the station, which makes commuting convenient, and the surrounding area has great amenities. If I have work in this area again, I would definitely consider renewing the lease! 😊
