On the plus side, the price was quite affordable, making it a great, stress-free option for a short-term stay! It also came fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials, so living there was very convenient. However, there were downsides: the sewage smell was really strong, so it might be difficult for anyone with a sensitive sense of smell. Also, the lack of Wi-Fi made working from home a bit inconvenient. On top of that—though I’m not sure why—the lights in the entire building weren't working, so I always had to use a flashlight just to get inside... ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
