Overall, the place is cozy and clean. A dehumidifier is provided to help prevent mold, which is helpful given the high humidity typical of a semi-basement unit. The host is responsive and provides thorough information regarding move-in details. However, bathroom drainage is inefficient due to an issue with the floor leveling; water drains through only one of the two floor drains, causing the process to take longer than usual.
They were kind in responding to my inquiries, and the place was clean. I really liked the location, making it a great place to stay.
