It feels like a clean and cozy little house in the forest. The front veranda faces the mountains and you can also see the distant sea. It's fully furnished, great for healing, and has 3 rooms, one of which is used as a dining room.
It's about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Pohang and about 25 minutes to downtown Gyeongju. Transportation is convenient. It has the advantage of being close to Gyeongju and Pohang for travel.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
It was great. I felt as comfortable as I was in my own home. The house was spacious enough for a family of four and a dog. The owner was especially kind and took great care of us, so we left with only good memories. The location is also convenient, being halfway between famous tourist attractions and the city center. Gyeongju, Ulsan, and Busan are also closer than I thought. E-Mart is the closest large supermarket, and there's also a Daiso, so it's convenient to buy daily necessities. The beach was also close, which was great. Thank you so much for everything. Meeting such a good owner made me feel great from the first day until today, a week later. Thank you again.
