Customized accommodation for short-term rentals -This is a clean and pleasant three-room, semi-new building located in Sungui-dong, Incheon. ❗️Check-in is contactless, so please check the condition of the house before signing the contract. Refunds are not possible for any reason, including if the condition of the house is different.

✅️ Contactless check-in, check-in time after 10:00 AM / check-out time 2:00 PM ✅️ No smoking in the accommodation, ventilation is required when cooking (disinfection fee will be charged)
✅️ Please inform us if you are bringing a pet. (If there is an odor, a disinfection fee will be charged.) ✅️ When checking out, please turn off the heating and cooling and separate the trash for recycling. (If not cleaned, a cleaning fee will be charged.) ✅️ Please take photos before and after your stay. (To prevent disputes) ✅️ In case of damage or contamination of property, compensation for damages and additional cleaning fees will be charged. ✅️ As this is a residential space, please be mindful not to make loud noises at night or in the early morning.
All management fees will be charged separately upon check-out.
