The management fee covers electricity, water, city gas, internet, TV, common area maintenance fees, and all other related expenses, charged at actual cost. (Please note that additional charges may apply if usage is excessively high.) The cleaning fee is an all-inclusive total that covers general cleaning, laundry services, provided amenities, and various consumable supplies. All utility charges are included in the management fee.
