There are no management fees.
The room had a hairdryer and a refrigerator, so I could use them comfortably! It was convenient because the room had a bathroom and a toilet, just like a studio apartment.
The soundproofing was better than expected compared to a goshiwon. It was nice to have a bathroom inside. However, it was supposed to be a women's floor, but I was a bit cautious because it seemed like there was a man in the next room.
