The room, bathroom, and kitchen are separate due to remodeling, so it's bigger than you might think. It has a queen-size bed, a 6.7-watt air conditioner, and a new sink. There's a parasol on the rooftop. You can enjoy chicken and beer at BH Chicken on the first floor. You can also see the Gyeongui Forest Trail and the night view of Sinchon from the window, so you won't be jealous of the Mangrove or Episode buildings in front. The windows are open for a cool breeze, and the roof is insulated with 150T material, so there's no internal heat. It's spacious and not stuffy.
5-6 minutes from Sinchon Station. 9 minutes from Hongdae Airport Railroad. 3 minutes from Sogang University Station.

Gyeongui Forest Path, Hongdae, Sinchon, and Hangang are within walking distance. Yongsan is 9 minutes by subway, and Yeouido is 12 minutes by bus. (No TV)

The apartment I stayed in had a fantastic location, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, the place was very clean and well-organized. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, responding quickly whenever I had a question. Finding the location was very easy, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to understand. It was a highly satisfying stay, and I would give it five stars.
