Hello! First of all, thank you so much for keeping the room so tidy during your stay! Even in my opinion, there really isn't another healing spot quite like this one so close to Gangnam and Pangyo. As I manage the place, I often find myself thinking, "It's so lovely here—I'd love to live here myself." Since this area was formerly a Greenbelt zone where development was only partially permitted, the buildings are lower-rise compared to other areas. With Mt. Cheonggye nearby, the views are wide open, the sky is clearly visible, and the air is fresh. There are very few officetels here, but I can confidently say ours is by far the best in the neighborhood. Where else can you commute to downtown Seoul during the day and then take a relaxing walk along a nearby stream or park to clear your mind after work?
