A very comfortable stay
Pros: It was convenient because it was close to Jeongja Station. The heating and hot water worked very well, and the host was kind. Cons: Since the first floor is a restaurant, the smell comes up a bit. The front is an office, so you always have to keep the blinds closed, and no light comes in.
Guests from the US came and had a good time together. Four of us stayed there, and it wasn't cramped and was nice. The location was also good for eating because there were many restaurants, and the transportation was good, so it was easy to get around.
