Move-in is conducted remotely. We will send you a move-in guide message once the contract is confirmed. Check-in time: 3 PM. Check-out time: 12 PM. Free Netflix and YouTube viewing available. Tving, Wavve, etc. are also available if you have an account. For reservations of one week or more, extensions are available in 1-day increments. Pets are allowed, but due to pet hair, a small cleaning fee will be added. Please contact us for any other inquiries!

It was clean and comfortable! They provided plenty of supplies like towels and tissues, so I could relax without wanting for anything. I’d love to stay here again next time!
The landlord is incredibly kind. Whenever I had a question or a request, they responded and took care of it immediately. The location of the officetel is absolutely unbeatable. Going for an early morning run—either towards Haeundae or along the Gwangalli coastline—was the absolute highlight of my time living in Busan. You can even enjoy an ocean view from the room itself. I spent my days working at a seaside café, then returned to the room to work and relax; although the space is smaller than a typical home, it felt peaceful and comforting. It may not be a luxury property, but it is the perfect place for a short-term stay. I had a relaxing and healing time here. Thank you.
