This is a comfortable and cozy home directly cared for by the host. It is within walking distance of the popular commercial district of Bongmyeong-dong, Yuseong, as well as #KAIST, #Chungnam National University, and #Yuseong Oncheon Station. It is fully equipped with amenities, including a 24-hour laundromat, convenience stores, and a large supermarket within walking distance. It is optimized for comfortable single occupancy (please consult for double occupancy). It is convenient yet located in a quiet residential area.

It takes 2 hours to arrive, then it's a 5-10 minute walk to the accommodation. If you take a taxi, it's the basic fare. Convenient bus access across the street from Starbucks, in front of the Doryong-dong Shinsegae Art & Science Research Complex, etc. Approximately 3 minutes on foot from Chungnam National University Approximately 15 minutes on foot along the Cheonbyeon-gil from KAIST

Located by a beautiful stream with very clean air, we highly recommend taking a walk or run during your stay.
Internet Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and common area maintenance fees are all included. If you use them excessively, additional maintenance fees may be requested.
