This is Jjinmong House 🐞, a stylish studio apartment near the Gangnam Station and Yangjae Station double station area. With experience operating a residence hotel, this is a beautiful room with a white-toned interior that we have put our heart into opening. It is a central location with a super station area, making it convenient to travel anywhere. (Yangjae Station, Gangnam Station, Bangbang Intersection, and Gangnam Severance Hospital are all within a 5-minute drive) This room is run by a meticulous owner who pursues hygiene and beautiful aesthetics!
Located near Bangbang Intersection, there are many city buses and airport buses available. It is a double station area, 3 minutes from Yangjae Station (15 minutes on foot), 6 minutes from Gangnam Station (19 minutes on foot), and 4 minutes from Gangnam Severance Hospital (14 minutes on foot). There is a village bus right in front. Since it is in the Gangnam station area, there is no difficulty in moving anywhere.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. This is not a hotel, so please clean up and dispose of trash (including separating recyclables) yourself during your stay. Personal items such as towels, toothbrushes, and toiletries are not provided, so please bring your own!
The accommodation is in a quiet residential area, right next to the subway station. We use eco-friendly detergent (with some exceptions). Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find Starbucks, Paris Baguette, Mega Coffee, Kkanbu Chicken, Daiso, convenience stores, cafes, sandwich shops, gimbap restaurants, and other eateries. Daily extensions are possible, and early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request. Please let us know immediately if you have any inconveniences or needs! We are always researching and striving to make our space a place you'll want to revisit, where you can create beautiful memories. ♥️
All utility bills are included in the management fee and are based on two people. If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. If damage or contamination occurs to the property, compensation costs will be incurred.

I really enjoyed staying in this room, which features a clean and lovely interior and is located near Gangnam Station—the heart of Gangnam. Being near a school made the walk home feel safe, and above all, it was incredibly convenient to have a Daiso less than a five-minute walk away and a convenience store just a one-minute walk away whenever I needed something in a hurry. The room was spotless, and I had a great stay right up until the day I checked out; I also felt well-supported thanks to the landlord's attentive care throughout my stay. Thank you.
