- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors.
-Since it is a small alley house, when you come out to the main street, you can easily use convenience facilities such as Dalin Gimbap, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Rotibun Cafe, BHC Chicken, and CU convenience store.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. (For example, if excessive use of air conditioning in the summer results in a high electricity bill, we will discuss it.)
