If you do not want bedding, please let us know in advance and we will not provide it. (10,000 KRW rental fee will be deducted) 👉 You must compensate for any damage, malfunction, defacement, or contamination that occurs during the period of use. 👉 If the sanitary condition upon check-out exceeds the general level, the cost of a professional cleaning service will be charged (minimum 150,000 KRW or more depending on the condition).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
