(Air conditioner cleaned, bathroom exhaust fan replaced with a new one, and wallpaper/roller blinds updated.) 🚨- CCTV cameras are installed both inside and outside the building. 🌳 - There is a rooftop garden on the 10th floor (easily accessible, just one floor up). - Convenient access to a first-floor convenience store, various amenities, and nearby shops—all within a 3-minute walk. - Located near the station with excellent surrounding infrastructure, ensuring high resident satisfaction. 🍽 - Situated near Mulgeum’s premier dining district. 🚗 - Free parking is available down to the 3rd basement level. (Please place the parking sticker on the dashboard inside the windshield so it is clearly visible from the outside, and be sure to return it upon checkout.) 🚗 - Free parking is also available in the open lot directly in front of the building (Jeungsan Station temporary public parking lot; first-come, first-served). - Personal hygiene items such as towels, toothbrushes, and shampoo are not provided. 🚮 - Recycling and general waste disposal areas are located at the east entrance on the 1st floor; paper waste disposal is located on the 1st basement level.

It was clean and quiet, making for a pleasant stay. It was especially quiet at night, so I was able to sleep comfortably.

I stayed here for two weeks during a home renovation; the place was clean and well-equipped with almost everything I needed, making for a comfortable stay. It was also great having plenty of parking space.
