This is a clean and pleasant space with a white tone. It is a high-rise with an unobstructed panoramic view.
It is 3 minutes from Suseo Station. You can feel the convenience of the station area as the Samsung Hospital shuttle and airport bus stop are 3 minutes away.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. Violators will be charged an additional cleaning and disinfection fee of 300,000 KRW.
It boasts a convenient station area with various restaurants, commercial districts, hospitals, supermarkets, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby.
The management fee is based on 2 people, and a maximum of 4 people are allowed. There is an additional cost for each additional person. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee. All utility bills are included in the management fee.
