It's very clean and quiet. There's a supermarket right in front, so it's convenient for daily life.
The apartment was recently renovated and is in a great location, with a supermarket across the street and friendly neighbors. Communication was fine at first, but we were constantly asked to report any damage. With a toddler, you feel like you have to be extremely careful at all times. At checkout, the landlord said we didn't need to go over everything together. After that, things turned unpleasant. She assumed there was feces on the white bedding without contacting us and used chlorine bleach to clean it. We washed the bedding monthly. There were light stains from body oils and sweat—normal wear and tear for white fabric. My wife hadn't even noticed them. Dry cleaning would have been the right approach, not bleach, which actually worsens this type of staining. No second set of bedding or maintenance services were provided. If you rent out your home, you are in the hospitality business, and normal wear and tear comes with the territory.

This is a place run by a host who is generous to others but has early-stage mysophobia.
