The location is convenient, as it is within walking distance of Pangyo Station. However, the building is large, so finding your way out can be a bit confusing; if you exit via the B2 level, you can cross the underpass toward Pangyo Station (Alpha-rium side) or reach the outdoor entrance where buses are available. If you exit via the 1st floor, you can cross the pedestrian bridge toward Pangyo Station (The Hyundai side). Food waste (placed in designated food waste bags) can be disposed of near the outdoor entrance, right next to the general waste disposal area. Make sure to clearly specify Building A, B, or C to ensure smooth delivery of packages. To use the induction cooktop, press and hold to unlock it, then quickly press the heat level button. If you are too slow, simply unlock it again and try once more. The air conditioner makes a bit of noise when draining water. Since summer has passed, it should be quieter during the winter. The unit was well-equipped with basic seasonings, a spacious wardrobe, a desk for two, and a monitor (TV), making for a comfortable stay. I’m sharing these details because I did get a little turned around at first.
