It is located on a bright main street, and there is an elementary school next door, so there are many children passing by, making it safe. It is convenient to travel to Severance Hospital and major downtown areas from the bus stop across the street, and it is the best place for those who want a quiet yet convenient infrastructure as various restaurants, cafes, and convenience facilities in Yeonhui-dong are nearby.
Get off at "Yeonhui Samgeori" or "Kookmin Bank" by bus and walk for 1 minute. Yeonnam-dong, Hongdae, Sinchon, Severance Hospital, Hongje Falls, Ansan, etc. are 2-3 stops away by bus (15-20 minutes on foot). Other bus stops for Myeongdong, City Hall, Seoul Station, Itaewon, Yeouido, etc. are located right across the street. Airport bus 6005 is available (get off at Yeonhui Samgeori, 1 minute on foot).

We will always strive to ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
