It is a 5-minute walk to the Namsan walking trail. It is right next to Huam Elementary School. It is within a 10-15 minute walk to Huam-dong & Shinheung Market, which are hot places. It is good to look around while taking a walk. Buses to downtown, Namdaemun, and Seoul Station are within a 5-minute walk. Seoul Station is a 20-minute walk away, and it is convenient to take buses 202 and 402 from the Seoul Station Bus Transfer Center.

Jangwoo Officetel, located at the foot of Namsan Mountain in Huam-dong, is an area where traces of the Japanese colonial era remain! This officetel site was formerly used as a dormitory for the Mitsubishi company. Namsan Park is a 5-minute walk away, with close access to walking trails and fresh air. The surrounding area is a residential district, so it's quiet. Yongsan Library and Namsan Library are nearby. From the rooftop, Namsan Tower is right in front of your eyes. This officetel, where a drama was filmed in the past, has a central courtyard-like open space from the 1st to the 6th floor. Drama filming is scheduled here again this year. The surrounding scenery has a strong retro feel, and the view of Namsan is beautiful! On the first basement floor, there is Hannam Spa, and the women's sauna is famous for its meridian massage and body scrub. There is also a small Korean sauna. There is a security office that accepts deliveries and a mailbox. If you need parking, we will lend you a parking lot remote control. You can leave it in the room when you check out. There is a 7-Eleven right in front of the officetel's main entrance, and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk.

The location is perfect for taking walks to Namsan, and I really appreciated the parking support. Although the building itself is older, the interior was neat and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The fortress wall path near Namsan Library is lovely, and the trendy Sinheung Market in Haebangchon is close by, offering plenty of things to eat and do. Above all, the host was incredibly kind and courteous. Thanks to that, I had a truly comfortable and worry-free two-week stay.
