I had a pleasant stay thanks to the great location. It was also nice that I received quick responses whenever I reached out. One downside, however, was that for the first four days, I would wake up with insect bites on my legs. The itching was quite bothersome, and the marks looked like mite bites. When I removed all the bedding to wash it, I found a huge amount of dust... Since I haven't been bitten at all after washing everything, I'm pretty sure it was mites.
First of all, thank you for keeping our accommodation clean during your stay. We launder all bedding, towels, and other fabric items after every checkout. Although I try to check the bedding thoroughly each time, the fact that there was a lot of dust is ultimately my fault. I will ensure higher standards of cleanliness moving forward. Thank you.
