We provide a clean space prepared through thorough disinfection, laundry, and cleaning.
It is located midway between Sinnonhyeon Station and Gangnam Station, with both stations accessible within a five-minute walk.
** Check-out by 11:00 AM ** Check-in from 3:00 PM 1. Guests are liable for the cost of restoring the unit to its original condition if any built-in fixtures or other items are damaged due to guest negligence. 2. Pets and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. If any contamination occurs due to a violation of this rule, the guest is responsible for the cleaning or removal costs. 3. Activities prohibited by special laws—such as gambling or prostitution—are strictly forbidden and subject to criminal penalties. 4. Resident registration (moving-in report) for this unit is not permitted. Additionally, cash receipts for the rental fee cannot be issued. 5. Please dispose of general waste and food waste at the collection point on the 1st floor, and recyclables at the sorting area on the 2nd basement level. *Leaving trash behind upon check-out will result in additional charges. 6. Remote controls for the air conditioner and TV are located on the table. Please open the windows periodically to ventilate the room. 7. Please note that personal hygiene items, such as towels, are not provided. 8. Please be aware that excessive use of the air conditioner may incur additional charges. Charges for utilities not included in the base rate will be billed after a meter reading upon check-out. 9. If you change the door lock passcode, please inform us of the new code upon check-out. ** Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 people; additional fees apply if this limit is exceeded.
** We strive to ensure your comfort and can arrange for additional items via Coupang if needed. Resident registration, smoking inside the unit, and pets are not permitted. CCTV and 24-hour security services are in place. Fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, sofa, 50-inch Smart TV, built-in refrigerator, air conditioner, etc. Excessive use of the air conditioner may incur additional charges. As this is a residential building, parties and loud noise are prohibited (to avoid complaints). ** Please note that as this is a short-term rental, personal hygiene items such as towels are not provided. ** Receipts (including cash receipts) cannot be issued.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, excessive use of electricity and gas may result in additional charges.
