It's great for business trips, staying with your dog, monthly stays, weekly stays, etc. It's a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable and quiet place.

Check-in can be done non-face-to-face. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Small dogs are allowed. The yard is for shared use, but please be mindful as there are users in the adjacent room. The standard occupancy is 2 people. There is an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person and 20,000 KRW per pet. Additional blankets are not provided.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, excessive use may incur charges. This applies to electricity bills in the summer and gas bills in the winter. Average usage is not charged. As long as it's within reasonable limits, you don't need to worry.
