The cleanliness was absolutely terrible. There were clumps of hair, and it looked as if hair had been scattered all over the place. The refrigerator was also a mess, covered in mold. I had paid an extra 50,000 won via bank transfer for an additional person and the cleaning fee when booking, so the state of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I took photos, but it's a shame I can't attach them here!
