The space is designed for two guests; additional fees apply for extra guests and additional bedding.
7-minute walk to Achasan Station. Access to Guui Station, Gangbyeon Station, and Konkuk University Station via local bus alone. 2-minute walk to the city bus stop; 5-minute walk to the central bus stop.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If you are caught smoking, you will be asked to vacate the premises, and your security deposit will not be refunded. Check-in instructions will be provided upon payment.

I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The parking lot was spacious, making it easy to park.
●(Transportation) Achasan Mountain (5-7 min), Children's Grand Park (15-20 min), Konkuk University (40 min), Gunja, and Guui Station are also nearby. There's a bus stop 1 minute away. / ●(Living 1) Lots of food options nearby, convenient parking, convenience stores everywhere, easy trash disposal, the landlord is super kind, there's a police station and school nearby, and it's not in a secluded alley, so I felt safe living alone as a woman. / ●(Living 2) Lived here from February to April!!_The boiler is self-controlled + heats up well, so you can live warmly even in mid-winter. The bed is super big and nice. The bathroom floor is high, so you have to step up once, but once you get used to it, you don't think much about it. Good water pressure, no noise between floors. It's a semi-basement, but if you open the curtains, it's bright with good sunlight. Sometimes there's a sewer smell, but you can just run the water for a bit. I was worried, but I didn't feel any dampness. ●(Restaurant Recommendations) Just to mention places very close by: There's a cafe called "Do Jjonku Pam" right next to the house, it's delicious. / Across the street, there's a cafe that sells yanggaeng (red bean jelly), it's delicious. / There's Seobuk Myeonok (Pyeongyang Naengmyeon), it's delicious. / Next to it, there's a place that sells Peking duck (takeout), it's delicious and good value. / One of Seoul's top 3 taco places is near Achasan Station, it's delicious. / There are so many other delicious things, like tteokbokki, etc. lol ●(Other) You can exercise along the Han River by walking a bit. I often walk along the Han River towards Cheonho Bridge all the way to Ttukseom. / Good for walks at Children's Grand Park. /
