There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and electric rice cooker.
It is a 10-minute walk from Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal. It is a 15-minute drive from Sokcho IC, and Goseong is 5 minutes away from the house.

Yeongrangho Lake and Sokcho Beach are within 100 meters on foot, and Sokcho Medical Center is also nearby. Yeongrangho Lake is ideal for jogging and bike riding. The largest nearby cafe, "Bada Garden," is a 5-minute drive away.
