It is a 1-minute walk from Haeundae Jung-dong Station. The perfect accommodation for solo business travelers. Couples or two women can stay here, but please note the bed is a Super Single size. Stays of less than a week can be arranged. Dogs may be allowed depending on the breed; please contact me. I have lovely dogs of my own, too. Please note there is an additional fee. Cooking is technically possible, but due to a past incident where the fire alarm was triggered, I have listed it as "no cooking allowed." Preparing simple meals is fine. ^^
Just a 1-minute walk from the Jung-dong subway station exit 10 minutes to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal 10 minutes to Haeundae Beach 5 minutes to Haeridan-gil and the entrance to Gunim-ro Located right in front of the subway station, it is extremely convenient for traveling to places like Gwangalli, Nampo-dong, and Seomyeon.
Check-in and check-out are self-service. Parking is handled via a self-service parking tower. While there is plenty of space for standard passenger cars, please note that parking for RVs may be limited. As this is a residential-style building, please refrain from making excessive noise or moving about late at night. Our company uses this location to accommodate employees on business trips. It may not be fancy, but it is clean, safe, and conveniently located for transportation.

The location was convenient and the transport links were great, making it really easy to get around. The room was clean and bright, so I felt good the moment I walked in. The host was kind, and overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodation! I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.
