Everything you need, including cable and internet, is provided.
- It is a 1-2 minute walk from the subway station to the front door of the house. - Supermarkets, convenience stores, Daiso, Olive Young, hospitals, nail shops, hair salons, various restaurants, and other amenities are all within a 1-minute walk from the house, so you can live comfortably. You can get to Gangnam, Seongsu-dong, and downtown within 15 minutes by taxi or subway.
- Check-in is contactless. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. - The basic occupancy is 3 people; additional guests require prior arrangement. - Check-in and usage instructions will be sent upon contract confirmation. - Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and check-in time is after 4:00 PM.

Perfect infrastructure^^ Subway station, bus stop, mart, Olive Young, Daiso, hospital It's perfect! It was clean, had everything I needed, and was the best. I had a good stay.
The location is good, basic necessities are provided, and it's clean and comfortable to live in! Free parking is nice, but I had to get a visitor's pass every time I entered, and for the first week, it was a bit difficult because I had to ask them to call to see if anyone was home each time. Still, the host tried their best to help, so it got better over time.
I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay!!!
