Two rooms have very spacious queen beds, one small room has a single bed, and the annex has a bedding set. - There are 3 air conditioners available, including two in the main rooms (wall-mounted) and one in the living room (stand-alone). - From the house, you can see the Seoraksan Mountain view, and in 2 minutes on foot, you can see the ocean view. 😍 - You can stay warm with an oil boiler, and to ensure you're not cold even in winter, there are 2 heaters and electric blankets available!
- From the bus stop in front of the house (intercity bus stop), you can easily travel to nearby destinations such as Dongseoul, Gangneung, Naksan, Yangyang, and Hajodae without a car. - Within a 5-minute drive of the Express Bus Terminal - Sokcho Beach, Mulchi Port, Oeongchi Port, and Daepo Port are all within 5-10 minutes, and Seorak Port is within a 3-minute walk, where you can enjoy the most delicious sashimi in Sokcho.

We pride ourselves on offering the best value for money in Sokcho for a family of 4-6 people! The accommodation is located directly opposite Seorak Port. There's a large public parking lot, so parking is not an issue, and it's free, of course. The accommodation is in a great location for visiting Sokcho's famous tourist attractions and restaurants, as well as Yangyang surfing spots and wonderful hidden cafes. In the yard, there's a wooden bench where 6-8 people can comfortably sit and relax, and a top-of-the-line barbecue grill that I, a meat lover, spent over two weeks researching and preparing. If you go up to the rooftop, there's an additional room that can be used as a detached annex, and it offers a panoramic view of Seoraksan Mountain, a place I think of every day ^.^ Additionally, there are three air conditioners in total: one in the living room, one in the master bedroom, and one in the middle bedroom. Basic cooking utensils are also provided, so you just need to come and relax. Wireless internet and TV are standard! Plus, you can watch Netflix, YouTube, and regular broadcasts on a 120-inch beam projector (with screen installed).
