Two queen-size beds are placed in each room. The large room is set up with a bed and a table. The layout can be changed if desired. A washer-dryer combo, a dehumidifier, detergent, etc. are provided.
7 minutes on foot from Banghak Station, with bus stops within a 5-minute walk that go in various directions. Parking is available in front of the house for small cars, but this depends on the situation, and we recommend using nearby public parking lots.
Dobong-dong is a relatively quiet neighborhood, but there are shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and other amenities nearby, so you can stay comfortably. In addition, it is connected to the center of Seoul and various attractions by subway, so you can move conveniently and feel the comfort of a quiet neighborhood at the same time. Novus Hospital is located 3 minutes away from the house, and Dobongsan Mountain is also close, so you can see the natural scenery of Dobongsan Mountain in all four seasons. Nearby, Nowon Station, Sanggye Paik Hospital, and several universities are adjacent.

Thank you for your best efforts in providing excellent service. I stayed for six weeks and had brought my own supplies, but the unit is actually stocked with the essentials; for a short stay, you could likely arrive with just your personal belongings. Please keep in mind that it is a semi-basement unit. It was convenient coming and going since the neighboring unit was vacant. Due to the nature of being a semi-basement, it stays cool even without the air conditioner running.
I had a good time.
The host was kind, and the accommodation was well-maintained and clean, which was great. The bedding was luxurious, and towels were provided, which I appreciated. Everything was well-equipped without any inconveniences, and the transportation was convenient, so I had a comfortable stay.
I'll be there with a clean and cozy place.
